"We gave two goals away and we should have done better. You can’t concede two goals from a throw in. When games are as balanced as this one you can’t concede anything because then everything gets difficult. The team had a reaction in the second half. Boateng did well and I think he’s doing well, he’ll grow as all the players have to. It’s a shame. We came into the game on the back of some good performances and important results. In the first half we lacked the spirit we showed against Malaga, a good ball playing team like Fiorentina. We lacked that today. It’s not the coach who has to shake things up, we all have to find the right motivation inside of ourselves. Milan play to win, we always have. This year it’s a particular situation and that’s our fault. We have a squad of 30 players.
