So GIANTS, heh.
My small input
Only if U finished previous!!!
This might be a prequel to DkS II, or maybe not since I didn;t played The Lost Crowns trilogy. I would love to see it as prequel. The beginning of the trailer reminded me of Boletaria and since people always want to find connections between all Souls games, here we may see a connection (The Northern Lands were once home to the race of mighty giants. They lived in relative peace with the rest of Boletaria until the thick, colorless fog swept in and blanketed their domain). So my theory is that Boletaria is kinda there in DkS Series, it may be ruined already and even very close to Lordran/Drangleic; but still look to it as Drangleic may stand on the ruins of Lordran, we could've seen the fall of Lordran then raise and fall of Giants in DkS III and as chosen undeads we impact the universe. The BIG Huge Giant doesn't look like Lord Giant so I may assume its a new Giant related and important (or not) to lore since they showed him in trailer or this could be a previous form of Lord Giant of how he looked.
This is the end of my fast thought.
Lets discuss all about this new entry here and not spoil all about Souls for newcomers. Thank you.

Dark Souls Series Has Sold 8 Million Copies Worldwide, 40% Coming From The PC Platform
Bandai Namco has revealed that its Dark Souls series has sold 8 million copies worldwide. However, what’s interesting here is that 40% of those sales is from the PC. Yeap, you read that right. Even though the first Dark Souls game got an awful port – and the PC version of Dark Souls 2 lacked the advanced lighting system that was showcased prior to the game’s release – this series has managed to sell 3.2 million copies on PC alone.
Going into more details – and according to Steamspy’s stats – the first Dark Souls game has sold 1,966,773 copies, while Dark Souls 2 and Dark Souls 2: Scholar of the First Sin have sold 987,618 and 248,659 copies, respectively.
So looking at the data, we can see that PC players embrace this game more than on other systems. Now with the upcoming release of DkS III we must hope that FROM and Bandai will put everything to create the deserved version on PC. Praise the Sun!
In the end no matter what platform you choose, support this series and devs behind it so they can keep making it.

Just saw this new footage from PSX. And I had to say Holy Sh8t!
Looks like they implemented some of the game play elements from Bloodborne. + If U look at 3:27, something looks suspiciously familiar.
