«Легенда: Наследие Драконов» - это онлайн фэнтези MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game), играть в которую может любой желающий, причем совершенно бесплатно.

Попадая в игру, вы оказываетесь в мире Фэо. В мире, где есть две доминирующие расы: магмары и люди. Их вражда началась давным-давно, и на протяжении многих лет идут постоянные войны. Зарегистрировавшись и начав играть, вам придется примкнуть к одной из враждующих сторон и погрузиться в пучину битвы.

Разнообразие различных видов доспехов и оружия позволят вам подобрать наиболее подходящий  вариант "раскачки" персонажа.  Различные эликсиры и снадобья помогут вам в жестоких боях и дадут вам дополнительные силы для победы над врагом.



Главным отличием "Легенды" от других браузерных MMORPG, является новая система боя.

Все ваши действия в бою анимированы и вы можете видеть результат своих действий. Теперь у вас есть возможность принимать участие в битвах, наблюдая бой на экране своего компьютера, а не вчитываясь в логи.

Одежда, оружие, которые вы надеваете на своего персонажа, будут менять ваш внешний вид не только в окне "Информация о персонаже", но и во время боя. Для того чтобы понять, кто перед вами, достаточно просто посмотреть на противника.




Система боя

Бой в "Легенде" одновременно и прост и сложен. С одной стороны - интуитивно понятный любому игроку интерфейс. С другой - огромный набор приемов, спец-ударов и боевых возможностей персонажа, которые зависят от его класса, экипировки и многого другого.

Все это делает бой захватывающим и динамичным, где результат зависит не только от вашей удачи, но и от правильности ваших действий. Более подробное описание боя вы найдете в учебнике новичка.
 

Типы боев

В игре доступны следующие типы боев:



Дуэли: Бой один на один. Игрок подает заявку, в которой указывает желаемый уровень противника и выставляет тайм-аут. После этого ждет, пока заявку не примут. Когда заявка принята, подававший заявку решает, хочет он биться с этим противником или нет.



Групповые бои: В заявке группового боя вы выбираете, за какую команду хотите биться, присоединяетесь к ней и ждете начала боя.



Хаотический бой: Приняв заявку хаотического боя, вы попадаете в единый список участников боя, которые будут автоматически поделены на две группы, когда бой начнется.

Данные типы боев доступны только для представителей одной фракции.


PvP - всюду!

Вы наверное спросите: а как же бои с противоположной фракцией ? Скажем прямо: стоит вам только выйти из вашего родного города - и этих боев у вас будет предостаточно.

Практически во всех локациях, кроме крупных городов, принадлежащих одной из фракций, возможно свободное нападение на ваших расовых противников.




Квесты

Для любителей поломать головы над различными головоломками в «Легенде» будет огромное множество квестов. Большое количество NPC(Non-Player-Character), которые будут присутствовать в больших городах и не только. Вас ждут увлекательные задания(и конечно же, награды за них), в которых от вас будет зависеть очень многое. От того, как вы поведете себя в различных ситуациях, зависит результат ваших действий. Многие квесты нелинейны, а следовательно вам придется дважды подумать, прежде чем сделать что-либо.


Боты

В игре будут присутствовать много различных обитателей игрового мира, которые населяют все его уголки.

Также, в будущем, любой желающий сможет завести себе питомца, который не только сделает ваше времяпрепровождение более интересным, но и сможет помочь одержать победу в бою. Но будьте готовы к тому, что за вашим другом придется ухаживать и заботиться о нем.





Деньги

В  игре существует три вида монет:


(Медные монеты): Самая мелкая монета в игре.


(Серебряные монеты):  Вторая по цене монета в игре. 1 серебряная монета =100 медных монет.
(Золотые монеты):  Самая дорогая монета. 1 золотая монета =100 серебряных монет.

Combat system


Legend’s asynchronous dynamic combat system is simple to learn, yet tricky to master. Each battle in Legend is a real-time battle where the player makes each strike himself. The battle interface is intuitive to any player and includes a large number of moves, combos and battle options for every character, depending on their class, equipment and a whole host of other variables. Block, dodge, evade, cast powerful spells, heal, summon your pet or some nasty creatures - the choice is yours.

Each combat sequence is fully animated and you can see all the results of your attacks, spells and summons immediately. Legend offers you the chance to take a real and active part in a battle and to watch every move of your character on the screen without being bogged down in the flood of information that is usual for other browser games.

All the equipment you put onto your character is shown to all the players in both “Character Information” screen and in battles as well, so every little detail counts! One look at your opponent will tell you whether you are fighting a man, a Magmar or a mouse! In addition, if you feel weak at any point during the battle, call your friends to join your battle and end up in a massive skirmish with hundreds of participants.

What's more important, this is a game where the results do not depend on luck, but on YOU making the right decision.

Types of PvP combat



There are many types of PvP (Player versus Player) in the game:


Duel:  One-on-one combat. Issue a challenge indicating the level of the desired opponent, set the timeout  and wait for someone to accept. Review the challenge and start the battle.

Group battle:  Build a team, announce your challenge to the rivals and wait for the battle to commence.

Melee:  Once you have accepted a challenge to a melee, you will be placed on a list with all the other challengers. The list will then be automatically divided into two teams and the fighting will begin.

And many more, including variety of battlefields!

PvP: anytime, anywhere!

No doubt you can't wait to engage the warriors of the opposing nation in combat! From the moment you leave your home city there will be thousands of battles ahead of you. Find the enemies of your people before they find you and prove your strength in combat. With the exception of the main cities, which are well protected, you are free to attack the warriors of the other race virtually anywhere.

Quests

For those of you who like to engage brains rather than just swords, Legend is full of quests and puzzles to solve. With hundreds of characters to be found all over Faeo in need of a brave warrior to help them, you will have a chance to take fascinating tasks of great importance and will be greatly rewarded for various services. Your actions and decisions will have a notable effect on your progress in the game. A positive reputation of one clan will make you hated by another one; many of quests are non-linear - so think twice before choosing which path to follow...

Enemies

Every corner of Faeo is inhabited by hundreds of creatures waiting to strike or get killed. As your character develops, you will have the opportunity to acquire a “pet” which will not only make life more interesting, but also will offer invaluable assistance during battles. Don't forget to take care of your four-legged friend, as he might starve...

Economics

There are three sorts of coins in the game:

(Copper coins): The smallest denomination in the game.
(Silver coins): The second most valuable game denomination. 1 silver coin = 100 copper coins.
(Gold coins): The most valuable denomination. 1 gold coin = 100 silver coins.

Unlike many other games, ALL the coins can be obtained during the battles and quests, thus the game is FREE TO PLAY as you could earn money for all the items yourself!
