Straightforward Capabilities:
Block, allow, or authorize devices usage, controlled remotely from any PC or server in you network in real time
Receive blocked, allowed or authorized insertion alerts in real-time (alerts are logged to both the global and the corresponding machine reports)
Make per machine volatile or permanent authorizations to allow specific usb storage devices. (superior management of two specific authorizations for each client PC)
Generate global security or per machine protection history reports (including authorization handling records per machine).
Reports in real-time:system information, installed software, installed windows updates and security patches, and running processes on any client.
Monitor USB file xtractions. USB Aware (add-on) reports the name and size of extracted files while usb storage is not blocked or when a authorized device is used. (usb aware is optional when ordering)
+ bonus: Print aware capability included with usb aware. Providing information on clients local print jobs.
Also capable of showing who is not conected in your network. rebooting, shutdown or uninstalling any of the client PCs on the network.
New in 4.0.2. Portable protector deployment and centralized password storage capability.
Portable protector is optional when ordering. (Included on the DEMO).
Portable protectors allow the protection on the files inside your authorized usbs while in transport .
