ХРОНОЛОГИЯ
Silent Hill Origins (PSP, 2007)
«Происхождение» рассматривает рождение кошмарного Иного мира Сайлент Хилла. Вы играете за Тревиса (Travis), небогатого водителя грузовика, захваченного культом, который называется Order (Орден (Порядок?)). Тревису приказано вызвать демонического бога, принеся в жертву девочку-медиума по имени Алесса (Alessa).

Silent Hill (PS1, 1999)
После автомобильной аварии возле Сайлент Хилла, Гарри Мэйсон (Harry Mason) очнулся и обнаружил, что его приёмная дочь Шэрил (Cheryl) пропала. Он выяснил, что Шерил – часть души Алессы (см. SH:Origins), скрытая для предотвращения рождения демонического божества, которое она содержит.

Silent Hill 2 (PS2,2001)
Джеймс Сандерлэнд (James Sunderland) получает письмо от своей умершей жены, Мэри (Mary), зовущей его в Сайлент Хилл. Там он встрчает её двойника, которую неоднократно убивает ПирамидХэд (Pyramid Head), монстр, являющийся выражением вины Джеймса в убийстве Мэри после долгой болезни.

Silent Hill 3 (PS2, 2002)
Через 17 лет после событий первого Silent Hill, девушка Хизер (Heather) привлечена в город. Здесь она узнаёт, что была дана Гарри Мэйсону в конце игровых событий. Она едет в город, где сможет уничтожить зародыш демонического бога, который она носит в себе.

Silent Hill 4: The Room (PS2, 2004)
Генри Таунсенд (Henry Townsend) просыпается однажды и обнаруживает себя пленником в своём номере, а в ванной дыра, ведущая в Сайлент Хилл. Он узнаёт, что серийный убийца Уолтер Салливан (Walter Sullivan) верит, что комната – его мать, и он выполняет ритуальные убийства, чтобы «освободить» её.

P.S.
Silent Hill V выйдет для ПС3, Xbox 360 ( и может быть Wii ) в 2008 году. Про PC никакой информации нет ( хотя я думаю портируют и на ПК ).

#150 BoreaJuku, "... but you are playing with more pleasure when you know what to do and where to turn on ..." - A BIG -1. Man I love the very contrary of this. When I first started to play Sh on PS1 I was amazed of the "in-game camera" - AMAZING staff. But things have changed for even better when I found Sheryll's drawings on the floor. this was the beginning of "go there to find something". Then I finally for the first time STUCK in the game - the thing was to find 3 keys. I was noob back then, but couldn't stop myself from wondering around and looking for those keys. The hardest to find key for me was the one hidden in the doghouse :). The second hard moment for myself was in the Midwich Elementary School - the riddle with the piano and that damn song :). And the third and final hard-moment of the game was the Astrological Signs riddle :).

Interesting, did you have situation where you doesn't knew what to do ? and you didn't got sick of,, maybe a lil bit?? ..." - NEVER IN MY LIFE. this is the very best NITRO for pushing your brain a lil' harder and start being more attentive to the game, but for this u must train your WILL and PATIENCE :)


#150 BoreaJuku, "... when you are playing for hours and you don't find the way, I guess somehow you get sick of it ..." - NEVER, but there was moment (of course) when I didn't knew what to do and after hours of useless thinkings and tries I started feel NOT sick BUT more interested in finding the clue. So I just went to eat something (at last :)). I never could drop the game cuz tell me how in the world can u drop from ur head the question that appears every time u encounter a riddle and that question is: WHAT the hell is BEYOND ? ^_^

#150 BoreaJuku, there were many moments when I couldn't find the way out... but I like quests, so it wasn't boring for me.

Yeah, may be you're right...my problem(can't be patient)...Hope in this year i'll get much more patience and for SH5......."... but you are playing with more pleasure when you know what to do and where to turn on ..." - i just didn't think well before writing it....of course its more interesting when you don't know what to expect ... and now i gues i'll install SH4, for the 4th time:), and start to train my patience, Anyway thx for ur opinion...

Oh......."A lot of", first of all i started to play SH3, it was my first acquaintance with this kind of game, i played there a bit, then i deleted it coz of low disk space, after i din installed it, i just keep my saves now....then SH4 i played it a bit more then don't remember.....one question, whats the best part, or what part of SH u like most of all?

#155 BoreaJuku, IMHO the best part is SH2, one of the most interesting plots of the brand... + a very dramatic game. My mark - 9.7/10

But my favourite part of course is the first... I have a lot of feelings playing this part. For me - the most dramatic plot + scary, a very scary altern. world :) My mark - 9.8/10

The first Silent Hill can't be judged as a part of SH saga cause it's a ONE with SH3. If u wanna reveal the main mystery of the SH u must finish-up SH1 and SH3.

The Best part of SH saga is Silent Hill 2 - best plot/sound/music/environment/special effects. Why can't they make a movie based exclusively on this part ? - this part has all u need for job :)

But It's highly recommended to finish-up at least 3 parts (1,2,3) The 4-th is optional. it's good, but can't match the score earned by the other 3 IMHO.

" К сожелению мы тут ничего не изменим... :( Silent Hill The Movie 2 я просто уверен что будет про что угодно, только ни СХ2... такие козлы, эти разработчики - не уважают труды Великой KONAMI + делают всякую фигню. Ну вот скажите - зачем они в Silent Hill The Movie сделали Далию Мёртвой... где там Кауфманн, где Лиза, ГДЕ ГАРРИ чёрт побери?

" - ну... не обьязательно. СХ1 - можно понять и без третьей части. Но вот КУЛЬТ и Альт. Мир СХ - да, вот эти факторы без обеих игр не поймешь.

#159 BoreaJuku, to understand the World Of Silent Hill, first u must play SH1 --> SH3 --> SH2 and then SH4 (optional)

My marks for parts of SH

Silent Hill - 9.8
Silent Hill 2 - 9.7
Silent Hill 3 - 9.5
Silent Hill 4 - 8.6

P.S. I don't have games, with mark 10. The highest mark is for Castlevania Chronicles --> 9.9

Metal Gear Solid (all - because it's ONE PLOT) 10/10 real Masterpiece, KONAMI's best release, best game ever made

....and man If u'll ever find a PS2 please do a favor to urself and play Zone of The Enders 1,2 (KONAMI):)

#161 Kratos, Metal Gear Solid - only in this game brand from KONAMI I didn't played :( I have one part - Portable Ops for PSP, I think I shall give it a try.

I could have a game with 10 - Contra Hard Corps, but cause of it's difficulty (in American version), I could play only in J-version (but of course I don't understand anything there)... :( so, the mark is also like Castlevania Chronicles --> 9.9/10

#164 Marilyn, sure :) i started to taste it ... really not bad ... just have to find time for it... I downloaded 2nd SH and wish to taste it too, but i gues it wouldn't be so interesting if i won't finish 1st SH... so i'm pushing my self to do the steps...
