Milan turned today afternoon into a party at the San Siro after getting three fundamental points against Bologna. This time it was Flamini to decide the game with an early goal, scored in the 8th minute. After the final whistle the Rossoneri couldn’t hold their emotions inside and began celebrating with their families on the pitch.


MILAN - Here is what Milan CEO Adriano Galliani, coach Massimiliano Allegri, Zambrotta, Ambrosini and Beretta his players had to say following the Rossoneri's win against Bologna:

ADRIANO GALLIANI:
“Today we created several scoring chances without taking them, but it’s alright anyway. We’re living a splendid time, having an 8-point advantage with three games left. It’s great to know that it’s enough to get one point in the next three matches to win the championship. Hopefully, we’ll do it. We’re very close, but just not there yet.
The San Siro was sold out today and we expect even more people for the match against Cagliari.
Every fan has to understand that without president Berlusconi’s financial efforts we couldn’t have closed the gap on Inter, who have always invested a lot on the transfer market. Our objective for this season was no secret: this year we wanted to win the Scudetto and in January we signed players accordingly. I don’t know if we’ll achieve our goal, but we’ve been at the top of the standings for 25 rounds. We’ll definitely be first for two more rounds and we have no intention to stop at 27...
I want to thank every player who accepted the club’s decision of delaying contract negotiations to the end of the season. As far as I know, no one has agreements with other teams. At the end of the season, we’ll sit around a table to discuss the future and we’ll try to find solutions that satisfy both parties.
Should we get a point against Roma and thus be crowned champions, nothing would change: we would stay in the capital to prepare for the Italian Cup game against Palermo. There will be plenty of time to celebrate. We’ll try to win at Palermo, also because the Barbera Stadium is a venue where we haven’t had much success lately. We’ll have to look to improve our record”.

MASSIMILIANO ALLEGRI:
“The fans’ banner was a gesture of affection which made me very happy. I’m glad they cheered on the team today as they did in the most difficult moments of the season. Therefore, the Scudetto will be theirs as well. I want to thank the club and the lads for what they’ve done. I must thank them, because today they gave me the fifth consecutive win in the championship.
I sent on Pirlo, because I wanted to see better ball circulation. I made the substitutions when I thought it was time to make them. I consider myself lucky for I had the chance to come to Milan right when the club started making great signings again. 12 new players arrived this season, all of the important additions, who contributed to the Rossoneri cause in a big way”.

MASSIMO AMBROSINI:
“Bologna played their game, they are in need of points. Perhaps it wasn’t a spectacular game, but certainly it was of crucial importance. What matters is to win the championship, it’s not important where you do it. Coach Allegri has left his mark on the team, he made himself accepted by this close-knit group, he’s young, he has lots of ideas and he was able to implement them in a short time."

GIANLUCA ZAMBROTTA:
“We celebrated because we managed to win a very tough game. It was an act of release from the tension. Now there's only a small step to take to achieve our goal. However, a difficult game await us in Rome. Against Bologna, it was a manly, tough match, we're satisfied with the result. Now we have two fundamental matches ahead of us: against Roma we’ll try to officially win the title, while at Palermo we’ll look to qualify for the final of the Italian Cup. Talking in the dressing room we agreed that it’s not over yet. Beretta did well and we all are happy for him. It’s not easy to play off the bench in such a difficult match in front of so many people”.

GIACOMO BERETTA:
“It was very exciting to make my Serie A debut in front of 80,000 spectators. All of us are happy with the result. I wanted to score at all costs but it didn’t go my way. Anyway, I'll do better next time. I would like to thank coach Stroppa, who has taught me so much, and I want to dedicate my debut to my family and all those who love me”.

MILANO - Ecco le dichiarazioni rilasciate da Galliani, Allegri, Ambrosini, Zambrotta e Beretta dopo la vittoria del Milan contro il Bologna a San Siro:

ADRIANO GALLIANI
"Oggi abbiamo creato diverse palle gol, non abbiamo concretizzato, ma va benissimo così. E' un momento splendido con 8 punti di vantaggio a tre giornate dalla fine. E' il momento di una squadra che sa che le basta un punto nelle prossime tre partite per arrivare al traguardo. Speriamo di farcela. Siamo vicini, non è vinto, ma siamo a un metro dal traguardo.
Stadio tutto esaurito oggi e con il Cagliari c'è un'attesa di pubblico superiore.
Tutti i tifosi devono capire che senza lo sforzo economico del Presidente Berlusconi non avremmo mai potuto colmare il gap con l'inter, che ha sempre fatto investimenti pesantissimi. Noi non nascondiamo i nostri obiettivi: quest'anno volevamo vincere il Campionato e abbiamo concentrato in questo senso gli acquisti di gennaio, perché volevamo questo scudetto. Non so se arriverà, ma siamo in testa da 25 giornate. Le prossime due rimarremo in testa, non vorremo fermarci a 27...
Voglio ringraziare tutti i giocatori, che hanno accettato disciplinatamente la decisione della società di discutere i rinnovi a fine Campionato. E, a quanto ne so, finora nessuno si è accasato presso altre squadre. Alla fine della stagione ci siederemo al tavolo, parleremo e discuteremo e cercheremo di trovare soluzioni che vadano bene ai giocatori e alla società.
Se dovessimo fare un punto a Roma e dovessimo diventare Campioni d'Italia, non cambia nulla, noi dopo la trasferta a Roma resteremo lì per prepararci e cercare di andare a vincere a Palermo. Per la festa ci sarà tempo. Proveremo a vincere a Palermo, perché è la città dove abbiamo fatto meno punti negli ultimi anni. Dobbiamo cercare di sfatare questo tabù". 

MASSIMILIANO ALLEGRI
"Lo striscione dei tifosi è stato un gesto d'affetto che mi ha fatto molto piacere e sono felice che abbiano sostenuto la squadra oggi ma anche nei momenti più difficili della stagione. Per questo, quando vinceremo lo scudetto, sarà di tutti. Dovrò ringraziare la società e i ragazzi per quello che hanno fatto. Devo ringraziarli anche perché mi hanno regalato la quinta vittoria consecutiva in campionato.
Ho messo Pirlo per avere una migliore gestione della palla, ma ho fatto i cambi quando ho ritenuto di doverli fare.
Sono stato fortunato ad arrivare al Milan, quando la squadra ha ripreso a investire. Quest'anno sono arrivati 12 giocatori nuovi e importanti e tutti hanno dato il loro contributo".

MASSIMO AMBROSINI
"Il Bologna ha giocato la sua partita, aveva bisogno di punti. Forse non è stata una partita bellissima, ma di importanza capitale. Vincere uno scudetto è importante, dove lo vinci non ha alcuna importanza. Mister Allegri ha dato un'impronta importante alla squadra, con personalità si è imposto in gruppo coeso, è giovane, ha tante idee e in breve tempo è riuscito a attuarle".

GIANLUCA ZAMBROTTA
"Abbiamo festeggiato, perché è stata una partita sofferta fino alla fine. E' stato un gesto di liberazione, ora manca ancora un piccolo passo per raggiungere il traguardo. Adesso ci aspetta una partita difficile a Roma. E' stata una gara maschia, dura. Anche con il risultato di 1-0 possiamo dirci soddisfatti. Abbiamo due tappe fondamentali davanti a noi: Roma per vincere matematicamente lo scudetto e Palermo per cercare di conquistare la qualificazione alla finale di Coppa Italia. Negli spogliatoi ci siamo detti che non è ancora finita. Beretta ha fatto bene. Siamo tutti felici per lui. E' difficile all'esordio entrare in una partita così e con uno stadio così pieno".

GIACOMO BERETTA
"E' stata una grande emozione debuttare in Serie A davanti a 80mila spettatori. Sono felice per il riultato e siamo tutti felici. Volevo buttare dentro la palla a tutti i costi, non ci sono riuscito, la prossima volta farò meglio. Vorrei dire grazie a Mister Stroppa che mi ha insegnato tanto e dedicare il mio esordio alla mia famiglia e a tutti quelli che mi vogliono bene".
